We are seeking a dedicated and patient-focused Optometrist to join our growing team. This position offers the opportunity to provide high-quality vision care in a collaborative clinical environment while making a meaningful impact on the health and well-being of the patients we serve.
Sign-on Bonus - $10,000
- Loan repayment through the NHSC and Michigan State Loan Repayment Program for select roles
- Optometrists are eligible for Public Service Loan Forgiveness.
Essential Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive eye examinations for patients of all ages

Diagnose, treat, and manage ocular diseases and vision conditions

Prescribe corrective lenses and treatments

Educate patients on vision care, treatment plans, and preventative eye health

Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation within the medical record

Collaborate with healthcare providers and clinical staff to ensure coordinated patient care
Qualifications

Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree from an accredited optometry program

Current or eligible licensure to practice optometry in the state of Michigan
