Grace Health is looking for an individual to help patients learn about and apply for financial assistance options including internal assistance programs, Medicaid and Marketplace applications. EXAMPLES OF DUTIES: (This list may not be all inclusive.)
- Assists patients with application process for schedule of discounts program.
- Assists patients with Medicaid and Marketplace enrollment
- Responsible for identifying patients with active Sliding Fee Discount nearing termination date
- Responsible for incoming department calls and voicemails
- Responsible for insurance Correspondence and Return Mail
- Responsible for Good Faith Estimates
- Distribute outreach materials to patients to build coverage option awareness
- Maintains strictest confidentiality

Requirements:
- High school Diploma or GED
- 0-2 years of experience in a health care organization preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Valid Driver's License
Licenses & Certifications:
1. Certified Application Counselor (CAC)
a. CAC required within first year of employment
b. Maintain CAC status annually
